User agreement

1. Introduction
   1.1. This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legal document that establishes the terms of use for online service accounts sold by the store.
   1.2. The user purchasing the product (account(s)) agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Use of Accounts
   2.1. Accounts sold by the store are 100% valid at the time of delivery, but up to 15% may become invalid during a hold period, or none may become invalid at all.
   2.2. The user agrees not to use the account for any illegal purposes.
   2.3. The user has the right to resell the account to third parties and to use it as they see fit.

3. Store Obligations
   3.1. The store guarantees that the accounts are valid and correspond to the product descriptions.
   3.2. If an account stops working, check your software settings, proxies, and other configurations.

4. Customer Obligations
   4.1. The customer acknowledges that returns and exchanges are not provided under the store’s rules.
   4.2. The customer acknowledges that refunds are not possible.

The store does not process orders through private messages and does not accept direct payment transfers. All sales are conducted exclusively through the store's payment system.

The store does not provide refunds for payments made in error by the customer. In case of an incorrect payment amount, the equivalent value of goods will be offered. Please carefully verify the payment details, currency, and network before sending the payment!
